Ministry spokesperson Fouad Al-Majali stressed the Kingdom’s appreciation for this decision, which aligns with international efforts to uphold the legitimate and just rights of the Palestinian people—foremost among them the establishment of an independent, sovereign state along the June 4, 1967 lines with East Jerusalem as its capital—in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative.
Al-Majali reaffirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to continue working with Arab brothers and international partners to support the Palestinian people’s rights to freedom, end the occupation, and establish their independent state on their national soil.
