Interior Ministry changes foreign student residency permit renewal process

AMMAN — The Ministry of Interior announced changes to the procedures for renewing annual resident permits for Arab and foreign students studying in Jordanian colleges, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

According to a press statement on Monday, Interior Minister Mazen Al-Faraya delegated the authority to renew annual residency permits for foreign students to the director of the Residency and Borders Department and directors of the department’s branches in the Public Security Department.

Students can now renew their residency without visiting the ministry.
