The Ministry explained that the project requires a partial closure of the left service road, starting after the Madaba Bridge and extending to the area before IKEA Jordan. It emphasized that the closure is strictly limited to the service road parallel to the main highway.
This measure is intended to minimize the impact on traffic, ensuring that the flow of vehicles on the main Airport Road remains unaffected during the construction period.
In a previous press statement, the Ministry noted that the project covers a distance of about 400 meters. It is part of ongoing efforts to enhance road safety and encourage active transportation, contributing to a culture of physical activity and improving the quality of life for road users.
