House speaker meets Kuwaiti envoy

AMMAN — Lower House Speaker Ahmed Safadi on Thursday received Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan, Aziz Daihani, who congratulated him on winning House speakership elections, according to Jordan News Agency, Petra.        اضافة اعلان

Safadi stressed the "deep-rooted, brotherly" Jordanian-Kuwaiti relations and reviewed ways to strengthen them in all fields, especially in parliamentary areas.

Safadi also pointed to the "advanced" level of bilateral relations, thanks to the two countries' wise leaderships.

For his part, Daihani lauded bilateral relations as "solid and distinguished," stressing keenness to strengthen them to achieve common interests.
