Gunman Arrested Near Prime Ministry in Amman

On Sunday, the Public Security Directorate announced the arrest of a gunman in the Fourth Circle tunnel near the Prime Ministry during a wedding procession. The firearm used in the shooting was also confiscated.اضافة اعلان

The Directorate confirmed that all legal measures will be taken against the suspect. Authorities had identified the shooter on Saturday night and were working to apprehend him.

According to the Public Security spokesperson, investigations, including reviewing cameras and questioning those involved in the wedding held at a hotel in Jabal Amman, led to the identification of the individual who fired six shots into the air from a vehicle. An official inquiry has been opened regarding the incident.
