FM to discuss aid requirements in visits to Turkey, Syria today

AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Al-Safadi is visiting Syria and Turkey today to express Jordan's solidarity with the two countries in facing the aftermath of the recent earthquakes, Khaberni reported.اضافة اعلان

During the two visits, Safadi will discuss with stakeholders the humanitarian situations and relief needs of the two countries, as the Kingdom continues to provide them with aid in implementation of His Majesty King Abdullah’s directives.

Meanwhile, Jordan is sending additional aid planes today — one to Turkey and one to Syria — while continuous land convoys are being dispatched, carrying relief supplies.
