The project, implemented in partnership with Delta Computers, aims to enhance the Department’s electronic services and property management system through its online portal, as part of the broader digital transformation efforts taking place across various state institutions.
The implementation will be carried out in three phases: the first phase will introduce six electronic services, followed by a second phase with six additional services, and a final phase implementing another six services, ensuring a gradual rollout that maximizes efficiency and quality.
Youssef Al-Qudah, Director General of the Endowment Funds Development Department, emphasized that the project represents a strategic step to improve the efficiency of services provided to clients and investors.
He highlighted that automation will reduce time and effort, enhance transparency, and increase customer satisfaction, noting that the initiative aligns with the roadmap for digital transformation, procedural simplification, and investment facilitation.
Rami Al-Rawashdeh, Director of Digital Transformation and Enablement at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, stated that the ministry is keen to support digital transformation projects across all government institutions.
He affirmed that the project is part of the ministry’s efforts to implement the government’s digital strategy and expand the scope of electronic services to vital sectors, thereby enhancing efficiency, speed, and transparency in delivering government services.
The project launch included a presentation on the scope of connectivity with service partners, the methodology for building the services, the project timeline, and the opportunities and challenges involved.
Officials from both sides, digital transformation project liaisons from the Department, the ministry’s technical team overseeing the automation tender, and representatives from the implementing company attended the launch event.
