Disi project resumes pumping water following annual maintenance

AMMAN — The Ministry of Water and Irrigation announced that it resumed pumping water from the Disi Water Conveyance Project to limited areas on Saturday morning, Al-Ghad News reported.اضافة اعلان

Ministry spokesman Omar Salama said that maintenance work at the Zay Station was still ongoing at the time, and was expected to be completed on Saturday.

The ministry had previously announced that pumping from the Disi project and the Zay station would be suspended for a period of six days for annual maintenance, starting on November 27.
