His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II visited the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship on Thursday, where he met with the development team of the “Sanad” application.
During the visit, His Royal Highness emphasized the importance of building on the app’s achievements to expand the range of government services it provides, contributing to simplifying procedures for citizens.
The Crown Prince noted that the application represents a key pillar in Jordan’s digital transformation journey, given its direct role in facilitating access to government services and enhancing their efficiency. He stressed the importance of continuing its development and making use of citizen feedback.
He also directed the need for coordination among government institutions offering services through the app to address any issues related to electronic services.
His Royal Highness was briefed by the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Engineer Sami Smeirat, along with members of the development team, on the app’s latest updates and future development plans. These include the integration of artificial intelligence, expanding the range of government services available, and increasing the number of transactions completed through the platform.
