AMMAN — The import of auto spare parts,
tires, and batteries declined during July, according to the General Association
of Car Agents and Dealers of Spare Parts and Supplies, the Jordan News Agency,
Petra, reported.
President of the association Salameh Al-Jabali said on
Monday that Jordan’s imports of auto parts decreased during July by 26 percent
compared with last June, adding that imports of tires and batteries decreased
during July by 12 percent and one percent, respectively, compared to June.
