Army Foils Drug Smuggling Attempt Using Balloons

The Eastern Military Zone successfully foiled a smuggling attempt early Tuesday morning along its responsibility zone. The operation thwarted a large quantity of narcotics being smuggled via electronically guided balloons.اضافة اعلان

Border Guard units detected the balloons, engaged them, and successfully brought them down along with their cargo inside Jordanian territory. The operation was carried out in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department. The seized illicit items have been handed over to the competent authorities for necessary legal action.
