The Army Foils an Attempt to Smuggle Narcotics Using Balloons

On Thursday dawn, the Eastern Military Zone foiled, within its area of responsibility, an attempt to smuggle a quantity of narcotics loaded onto electronically guided balloons.اضافة اعلان

The balloons were detected by Border Guard units, which engaged and downed them along with their cargo inside Jordanian territory. This operation was conducted in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department. The seized items have been referred to the competent authorities for necessary legal action.
