Army Foils Attempt to Smuggle Narcotics Using Balloons

The Eastern Military Zone foiled, at dawn on Thursday and within its area of responsibility along the border, an attempt to smuggle a quantity of narcotic substances using balloons guided by advanced electronic devices.اضافة اعلان

The attempt was detected by Border Guard units, which engaged with and brought down the balloons and their payload inside Jordanian territory, in coordination with the security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department. The seized items were then handed over to the competent authorities to take the necessary legal measures.
