The new group consists of seven sick children accompanied by 13 family members. They were transferred to Jordan to receive treatment and medical care at several Jordanian hospitals, as part of the Kingdom’s ongoing humanitarian and medical efforts to support Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

The evacuation operations, which began in March 2025, are being carried out in cooperation and coordination between the Jordan Armed Forces, the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization (WHO), in accordance with approved health procedures and standards to ensure that sick children receive the necessary medical care.

The initiative reflects the humanitarian and medical role undertaken by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in supporting Palestinians and alleviating their suffering amid the difficult humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip, while providing essential healthcare to those most in need.

Through the continuation of these efforts, Jordan reaffirms its commitment to supporting Palestinians and strengthening the humanitarian and medical response under the leadership of King Abdullah II, contributing to alleviating the suffering of patients and wounded people and ensuring that they receive treatment and care.
