Administrative Court revokes decisions issued by two ministries

AMMAN — The Administrative Court headed by Judge Ali Abu Hajila revoked on Monday two decisions issued by the ministries of health and justice, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.اضافة اعلان

The court annulled the health minister’s decision to transfer the assistant secretary-general for epidemiological affairs, and the decision to make the director of human resources at the Ministry of Justice head of a department in the Judicial Council, deciding instead to move him to a post equivalent to his position at the ministry.

The two decisions may be appealed at the Supreme Administrative Court.
