How to prepare Korean butter bibimbap with vegetables
Ingredients:
2 cups white rice
250 g beef, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup soybean sprouts
1 cup kimchi
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Korean gochujang chili paste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook the white rice as usual, then set it aside and keep it warm.

Season the beef slices with soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and a little black pepper. Leave them to marinate for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Heat half the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned, then set aside.

In the same pan, add the carrot and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.

Add the spinach with a little salt and stir until wilted, then remove it from the pan.

Stir-fry the soybeansprouts in the pan for about two minutes, then set them aside.

Heat the remaining butter in the pan and fry the eggs until the whites are set while the yolks remain soft.

Divide the warm rice among serving bowls. Arrange the beef, carrot, spinach, soybean sprouts and kimchi separately over the rice.

Place a fried egg in the center of each bowl, then add the gochujang sauce and sprinkle the white sesame seeds on top.

Serve the butter bibimbap hot. Mix all the ingredients together before eating to combine the flavors.
