Steps to Make Traditional Milanesa Napolitana
Ingredients:
4 thin beef cutlets
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup tomato sauce
4 thin slices of beef or chicken mortadella (optional)
200g shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Oil for frying

Preparation Method:
1. Season the beef cutlets with salt, black pepper, and paprika, then let them rest for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.

2. Place the flour in a dish, the beaten eggs in a second dish, and the breadcrumbs in a third dish.

3. Dredge each cutlet in the flour, dip it in the eggs, and finally coat it thoroughly with breadcrumbs on both sides.

4. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan over medium heat, then fry the cutlets until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

5. Remove the cutlets from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

6. Arrange the cutlets in a baking tray, then spread a layer of tomato sauce over each cutlet.

7. Add the slices of mortadella, then cover the top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

8. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius and bake until the cheese melts and turns golden on top.

9. Serve the Milanesa Napolitana hot with French fries or a salad.
