French international forward Kylian Mbappe led his team Real Madrid to a big 4-1 win over visitors Real Sociedad on Wednesday, in a match postponed from the first round of the Spanish football league.

Mbappe imposed himself as the star of the match, scoring a hat-trick (40th, 60th, and 80th minutes), while Brazilian star Vinicius Junior scored a goal in the 68th minute and provided an assist, and Englishman Jude Bellingham provided two assists.
Sociedad's only goal was scored by Croatian Luka Sucic (44th minute).
The 15-time European champions raised their tally to six points with their second consecutive win, while Sociedad suffered their second straight loss after their first defeat against Real Betis 0-1.
Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho's team cemented its dominance over Sociedad, achieving its eighth consecutive win over its Basque counterpart in the last eight meetings between the two sides in La Liga.
The Madrid side also achieved its fifth consecutive win in La Liga (three at the end of last season and two at the start of this season), and reached seven consecutive matches unbeaten at home in the league (six wins and one draw).
Sociedad's crisis, meanwhile, deepened, as they have not achieved a single win in any competition since winning the King's Cup last April, with their winless streak reaching eight consecutive matches, including five losses and three draws.
Sociedad held their own against Real in the first half, as their star Mikel Oyarzabal fired with his left foot from close range, but Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois saved the ball with his foot for a corner (11th minute).
In the same way, Basque goalkeeper Alex Remiro saved a low shot from a one-on-one Vinicius from close range on the left side (21st minute).
Sergio Gomez's first-time left-footed shot from the left side inside the box narrowly missed the right post, after a precise cross from Oyarzabal (35th minute).
Mbappe opened the scoring after receiving the ball from Uruguayan Federico Valverde, then finished superbly with his left foot from close range into the top left corner (40th minute).
Sucic quickly equalized, after a rebound fell to him off a clearance by home side's French defender Ibrahima Konate, and he slotted it with his left foot from the right side of the box past Courtois (44th minute).
In the second half, Real bared their teeth and showed off their attacking power, with Sociedad completely absent.
The display began with a shot from Mbappe that Remiro saved (46th minute).
It continued with a series of passes between substitute Marc Cucurella, Valverde, and Bellingham, before the latter exchanged passes with Mbappe, who broke through alone on the left side and finished with his right foot along the ground from close range into the right corner (60th minute).
Bellingham continued to create chances, sending a cross from the left toward Vinicius, who tapped it into the open net from inside the six-yard box (68th minute).
Vinicius played a precise through-ball to Mbappe, who broke through alone on the left side and lifted the ball with his left foot over Remiro from the edge of the six-yard box (80th minute).
