Amman — Al-Faisaly enters the current break with a calm preparatory program, through which the technical staff aims to maintain the technical form the team has shown since the start of the season, before returning to domestic and continental competitions, headed by the match against Al-Salt in the fourth round of the Pro League, and the upcoming match against Oman's Al-Nahda on October 14 in Amman, in the second round of the AFC Champions League Two.

Al-Faisaly's friendly-match program during the break, which extends until October 6, has been limited to a single match against Al-Baqa'a, scheduled for October 2, with the technical staff seeing this match as a suitable opportunity to maintain competitive rhythm and test a number of technical options, especially given the absence of a group of players away with national teams.
Al-Faisaly continues its training under head coach Tarek Mostafa, who returned to Amman the day before yesterday, after a quick visit to Egypt, to lead the team's preparations during the current phase, amid a gradual increase in training intensity, aiming to bring players to the required level of readiness before official matches resume.
Training sessions are held at the club's Ghumdan stadium and the University of Petra pitch, with the technical staff focusing on physical and technical aspects, alongside working to address certain observations that emerged during past matches, and raising the level of cohesion among players, especially as the team heads into a series of competitions requiring high readiness on various levels.
The technical staff is treating the break as an opportunity to rearrange the cards, especially since the pressure of matches at the start of the season didn't give the team enough room to work on certain technical details, with Tarek Mostafa seeking to use training sessions to develop the team's performance, reinforce the positives that emerged in past matches, and address any gaps before entering the coming phase.
Al-Faisaly is currently missing a number of key players during training, due to their call-ups to the national team, namely: Abdullah Al-Fakhouri, Anas Al-Awadat, Ahmad Al-Ersan, Anas Badawi, Ihsan Haddad, and Noor Al-Rawabdeh, alongside Olympic team trio Mohammad Haddad, Mohammad Hammadi, and Qutaiba Al-Ajaleen, while professional Saidou Simpore is on a private leave.
Despite these absences, the team continues its training program normally, with the technical staff focusing on the available players, working to prepare alternatives, and giving a number of players a greater opportunity to prove their presence, strengthening the coach's options before competitions resume.
The club's temporary management committee, chaired by Mohammad Hammoud Al-Hunaiti, is giving the current preparations significant attention, given the importance of the upcoming phase, with the committee following the team's training progress, and ensuring the technical staff's and players' needs are met, alongside following details related to the Asian participation and domestic competitions.
This follow-up comes within the committee's desire to maintain the state of stability the team has enjoyed since the start of the season, especially after successfully reclaiming the Super Cup title, which gave the team an important morale boost, ahead of entering the Pro League and AFC Champions League Two competitions.
The friendly match against Al-Baqa'a is part of this preparation, as Tarek Mostafa is expected to give a number of players playing minutes, while testing some technical options, and assessing the readiness of players who haven't had sufficient opportunities in official matches, before settling on the lineup and plan he will adopt in the coming phase.
Domestically, Al-Faisaly is off to a strong start in the Pro League, currently topping the standings with 7 points, without suffering any defeat, and the team has also managed to keep a clean sheet, not conceding a single goal, reflecting the state of balance the team is enjoying across both its defensive and attacking lines.
