The company invited all subscribers within its service areas in Karak, Tafila, Ma’an, Aqaba, and the Jordan Valley and Eastern regions, whose unpaid previous bills exceed JD 300, to take advantage of the new exceptional facilities to settle their financial obligations.

The company emphasized in a statement on Wednesday that any subscriber who fails to pay two consecutive bills totaling more than JD 75 is subject to actions including electricity disconnection, noting that the program provides an opportunity to settle these obligations flexibly.

The installment plan allows subscribers to spread payments over up to 15 months, with an initial down payment of 15% of the total outstanding previous bills, provided that the settlement is completed during the first phase of the program, from August 23 to 31.

The company added that the value of the initial payment gradually increases over time, while the available installment period decreases for subscribers wishing to benefit from the program, according to the announced schedule.

Regarding the installment program:

Phase 1: May bills – 15% down payment from August 21–31, with installments over 15 months.

Phase 2: May bills – 20% down payment from September 1–10, with installments over 12 months.

Phase 3: May bills – 25% down payment from September 10–20, with installments over 10 months.

Phase 4: Outstanding bills – 35% down payment after September 20, with installments over 6 months only.

The company confirmed that the program aims to facilitate subscribers in gradually settling their financial obligations, ensuring uninterrupted electricity service, and noted that participation is conditional on adhering to the specified time frame for each phase.
