• Jordan’s Consumers Price Index rose by 0.35% during the first fourاضافة اعلان
months of 2021 relative to the same period of 2020. Department of Statistics
• Jordan’s total public revenues and grants increased by 5.7% in
January 2021 to amount to JD 745.3 million, compared to JD 705.2
million registered in January 2020. Total public expenditures
amounted to JD 653.6 million in January 2021, compared to JD 599.2
million recorded in January 2020. Accordingly, budget surplus after
grants amounted to JD 91.7 million in January 2021, compared to a
budget surplus of JD 105.9 million recorded in January 2020.

• Jordan’s debt excluding debt holding by Social Security Investment Fund (SSIF) amounted to JD 26,674.8 million as of January 2021,
compared to JD 26,499.3 million recorded in December 2020.
