The ministry confirmed that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.
It noted that since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, the total number of martyrs has reached 1,110, while the number of injuries has risen to 3,599, with 800 cases of recovery from the rubble recorded.
The ministry added that the cumulative toll of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,233 martyrs and 173,707 injured.
On Sunday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip issued a final warning regarding the "total paralysis" threatening the transport and ambulance service sector. It stated that the remaining vehicles have turned into worn-out wreckage no longer fit for daily use, threatening to cut the vital lifeline between patients and hospitals.
The ministry further stated that the ongoing blockade, direct targeting, accumulation of technical failures, and the ban on entering tires, batteries, spare parts, and oils have resulted in 70% of the ministry's vehicles being completely out of service.
