Syria: Explosions in Quneitra Following Israeli Strikes on Former Military Sites

Local sources in the Quneitra governorate, southwestern Syria, told RT that the Israeli army targeted the vicinity of Tal al-Ahmar al-Sharqi in the southern countryside of the province yesterday evening with more than eight bombs.اضافة اعلان

According to these sources, the shelling struck open areas and the surroundings of former military positions near Tal al-Ahmar al-Sharqi. The explosions were clearly heard in nearby villages and towns, sparking a state of tension among Syrian civilians, coinciding with intensive sorties by Israeli warplanes over the border region.

There have been no reports of casualties resulting from the bombardment, and the extent of material damage remains unknown.

The Israeli army continues its ongoing incursions into southern Syria, alongside frequent strikes targeting both the Quneitra and Daraa governorates.
