The Ministry added that the number of injuries has climbed to 145,870, while many victims remain trapped under the rubble, and ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.

In the past 24 hours alone, 113 bodies were brought to hospitals, including one that was recovered from the rubble, and 637 people were injured.

Since March 18, when Israel violated the ceasefire agreement, 8,867 people have been killed and 33,829 wounded, according to the Ministry.

The number of Palestinians killed while seeking to earn a living — referred to as “martyrs of livelihood” — has also risen. In the past 24 hours, 22 such bodies were brought to hospitals, along with over 199 injuries, bringing the total to 1,179 martyrs and more than 7,957 injuries in this category.

The Ministry reiterated that many victims remain beneath the debris or on the streets, unreachable by ambulance and rescue crews due to the ongoing bombardment.
