Death Toll in Gaza Rises to 73,035 Since the Start of the Israeli Offensive

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Monday that the death toll from the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,035 martyrs, while the number of injured has reached 173,368 since October 7, 2023.

The ministry said that hospitals across the Gaza Strip received three new martyrs and 11 wounded individuals during the past 24 hours.

It added that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire that took effect on October 11 of last year has risen to 1,024, while the number of injuries during the same period has reached 3,260. In addition, 784 bodies have been recovered from various locations.

The ministry noted that a number of victims remain trapped beneath rubble and in inaccessible areas, as ambulance and rescue crews continue to face difficulties reaching them.
