The spokesperson added that the ceasefire “is the basis for this decision, and we expect everyone to abide by the agreements reached, including maintaining the ceasefire.”

He continued, “This also means providing humanitarian aid on a large scale and ensuring the process continues in an orderly manner, as agreed.”
