The number of Facebook users in Jordan reached 5.55 million by the end of 2025, according to data published in Meta’s advertising resources.

These figures are based on analyses conducted by the global digital trends analytics company Kepios on behalf of DataReportal, which provides free global digital trend reports and analyses.اضافة اعلان

According to the Population Clock of the Department of Statistics, Jordan’s total population stands at 11,945,398. Kepios’ methodology accounts for “deduplicating” social media users across different platforms.

Meta’s tools indicate that Facebook’s potential ad reach in Jordan grew by 200,000 users (+3.7%) between October 2024 and October 2025. Meta noted that the estimated audience size does not reflect the number of active monthly or daily users, nor engagement levels.

The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission reported in December 2025 that mobile subscriptions rose to 8.48 million by Q3 2025, up from 8.26 million in Q3 2024 (+2.6%), while internet subscriptions increased to 824.3 thousand from 799.7 thousand (+3.1%).

Broadband mobile subscriptions accounted for 8.48 million, with 65% prepaid and 35% postpaid. Voice and data subscriptions made up 80%, while data-only lines represented 20%. Mobile voice traffic reached approximately 7.3 billion minutes (97% domestic, 3% international), and SMS volume totaled around 336.6 million, up 0.9% from Q3 2024. Mobile penetration reached 71.4% of the total population, or 110% of those aged over 15.

Mobile broadband data usage grew to 767.5 million GB in Q3 2025, up 17.6% from 652.9 million GB in Q3 2024. Fifth-generation (5G) subscriptions rose to 287,000, up 19.1% from Q2 2025 and 307% from Q3 2024.

For fixed broadband, subscriptions totaled 824.3 thousand (+3.1% from Q3 2024), with a household penetration of 33.3%. Fiber-optic subscriptions made up 77% of the total (637.4 thousand), while FBWA accounted for 16% and xDSL 6%. Fixed broadband data usage reached 1.5 billion GB in Q3 2025, up 7.1% from 1.4 billion GB in Q3 2024, with an average of 625 GB per month per subscription (+10.8% from 564 GB).

Fixed-line voice subscriptions totaled 478.6 thousand, down 1.4% from Q3 2024, with 67% residential and 33% commercial. Fixed-line call minutes dropped to 10 million in Q3 2025 from 12.6 million in Q3 2024 (-20.6%), split 83% domestic and 17% international.
