Jordan’s Open Finswimming championships conclude

AMMAN — The Kingdom’s Open Finswimming Championships, held by the Jordanian Federation of Maritime Sports at the Prince Hamza City club, Aqaba, have concluded. More than 80 players have participated in the tournament, which was very competitive. The secretary of the Jordanian Federation of Maritime Sports, Muslim Krishan, said that the tournament was held to select members of the national team to participate in the World Cup, which is being hosted by Egypt next month. He also pointed out that the aim of the tournament was to increase competition between swimmers and to recall their memorable times, long after the competition had ended.
