Hammad wins gold at Asian Karate Championship

AMMAN — The national karate player, Abdullah Hammad, won the gold medal in the Asian Karate Championship, which concluded on Wednesday in the Kazakhistan capital Almaty.اضافة اعلان

The championship saw the participation of 450 male and female players representing 23 Asian countries.

According to the Jordan Olympic Committee’s official website, Hammad beat Iranian player Ali Meskini 2–1 in the final, winning the gold medal in the under 60 kg adult weight category.

The conclusion of Jordan’s participation in the Asian Karate Championships for all age groups resulted in them winning 14 medals, three gold, five silver, and six bronze.
