Financial fines reaching up to 500 JOD for every worker not enrolled under the provisions of the law.
The Social Security Corporation (SSC) announced the implementation of new procedures to ensure that security and protection service companies comply with enrolling their personnel under the Social Security Law.
In a press release issued by its media center on Sunday, the SSC noted that it will launch an extensive monitoring campaign this week targeting security and protection service providers, alongside on-site inspection visits to locations using these services, based on complete licensing data provided by relevant authorities.
The SSC urged all institutions and companies contracted with security service providers to submit copies of their active contracts—including employee names and wages—within the current week to avoid legal action. The corporation noted that financial penalties for non-compliance could reach up to 500 JOD for every worker left unenrolled.
The SSC emphasized that these measures will not be limited to security service providers, but will also extend to the contracted client institutions and companies benefiting from their services.
