In a press statement issued on Wednesday, Abdul Rahman revealed that the first package tender for the maintenance and closure of the project's external interfaces was referred earlier this year. He expressed confidence in its completion by the end of the current year.

Discussing the second package, Abdul Rahman stated, "We are currently in the process of preparing the tender documents for the finishing and electromechanical works of the residential tower. We anticipate presenting them for pricing by the end of this year."

Completion of engineering submissions
Abdul Rahman also confirmed the successful completion of the engineering submissions required for material approval and executive plans. Moreover, the company has effectively sorted and rehabilitated materials on-site.

Highlighting the completed works, he outlined several key milestones achieved by the company. These include the completion of selected demolition works, comprehensive cleaning, and the removal of debris from the project's external courtyards, roofs, and all floors.

The upper floors' glass has been successfully installed, and meticulous cleaning and maintenance operations have been carried out on the internal and external glass facades of the towers.

Additionally, aluminum sections, covering a total area of 6,000 square meters, have been supplied for the tower roofs and podium building, with their manufacturing process already underway in preparation for installation.

Further works implemented
The company has also begun executing stone works in various locations and has commenced excavation and reinforcement for the remaining parts of the boundary wall.

Abdul Rahman further detailed that the construction team is actively engaged in implementing the structural steel works atop the southern tower, exceeding an impressive weight of 170 tonnes. The steel structure will eventually be adorned with sleek glass facades, contributing to the tower's aesthetic appeal.

Shifting the focus to the northern tower, Abdul Rahman informed the press that the iron painting works have been addressed in preparation for repainting and the subsequent installation of glass facades.
