'Sanad' App Faces Technical Glitch After Update

AMMAN — The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship released a new update for the "Sanad" application, the gateway to digital government services, which triggered a technical glitch that affected access to the platform.اضافة اعلان

In a statement on Wednesday, August 9, the ministry said a patch is in development to resolve the crash "quickly," calling on citizens to download their important documents on their phones to use them when such cases reoccur, Jordan News Agency, Petra reported.
