Rise in temperatures forecast today

AMMAN – A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Friday, as the Kingdom remains under the impact of a hot air mass, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.اضافة اعلان

Winds will be northwesterly moderate, the JMD noted.

The JMD warned against direct exposure to sunlight in the afternoon, mainly in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Temperatures in Amman will range between a high of 33°C and a low of 22°C. In the city of Aqaba, it will be much hotter with mercury reaching a high of 40°C and a low of 28°C.
