Regional security: Jordan, US discuss coordination

AMMAN — Foreign Minister Ayman Al-Safadi and US National Security Council Coordinator for the MENA region Brett McGurk discuss Jordanian-US ties and efforts to resolve regional crises during a meeting in Amman on Monday. During the meeting the two sides spoke about the Palestinian issue, the Syrian crisis, cooperation in combatting terrorism, and support for Iraq and Lebanon. They also affirmed the importance of continued coordination in enhancing regional security, stability, and development.
