RJ owns of 90% of Jordan Airports Company

AMMAN — Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) announced that they have ownership of 90 percent of Jordan Airports Company in exchange for issuing shares to government bodies. اضافة اعلان

This came after the approval of their asset valuation reports by the Cabinet issued in June.

In their statement, RJ declared that their intents are to increase their capital and act in accordance with the provisions of Article 266 of the Companies Law No. 22 of 1997 and its amendments.
