AMMAN — Senate speaker Faisal Fayez and Lower House
speaker Ahmad Safadi visited Sunday the officers who sustained injuries during
the security operation in the Husseiniya area in
Maan Governorate last week.

Fayez and Safadi checked on the health of the injured officers, who are
receiving treatment at the Al Hussein Medical City, reported the Jordan News
Agency, Petra.
The officials wished the injured a speedy recovery, and
expressed their condolences over their
martyred colleagues who lost their lives
while on duty.
Fayez and Safadi expressed their pride in the heroism the Jordanian army and
security forces displayed while preserving the Kingdom's security and
stability, stressing that Jordan will remain strong, under its Hashemite
leadership and the support of the Jordanian people.
Both officials were accompanied by Interior Minister
Mazen Faraya and Director
General of the Royal Medical Services Brig. Gen. Yousef Zureikat.
