The memorandum was signed on behalf of the ministry by its Secretary-General, Dr Abdul Halim Dujan, and on behalf of the college by its Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Ammar Gharaibeh, in the presence of College Adviser Omar Qutaishat, Director of Private Sector Partnerships Maram Abu Damwas, and Communications Director Mohammad Mishal.

The memorandum is in line with the government’s Economic Modernization Vision, particularly its efforts to support employment and skills development and expand partnerships with private-sector and training institutions.

Under the memorandum, the college’s graduates and their training programs will be listed on the “Sajjil” platform after verifying that they meet the registration criteria and obtaining the necessary consent.

The agreement also provides for cooperation in displaying graduates’ qualifications through identification badges on the platform, helping employers identify their skills and training experience and increasing their access to suitable job opportunities.

Areas of cooperation include exchanging the data required for employment matching, recruitment and analysis; monitoring graduates’ employment status in accordance with approved authorities and consents; and cooperating on training, qualification and analytical studies, as well as involving the college in awareness campaigns on the use of the platform.

The memorandum stipulates that any request for support from a beneficiary will be subject to verification that the applicant meets the eligibility requirements and criteria approved under the National Employment Program.

The cooperation between the ministry and the college is expected to provide graduates with a clearer pathway from training to employment and strengthen the alignment between the skills they acquire and the requirements of private-sector employers.
