The Ministry of Education has announced the promotion lists for male and female employees' ranks, in accordance with the approved regulations for this purpose, during the first session of 2026.

The Ministry explained that the promotions included 2,693 male and female teachers, as well as administrative staff, effective from July 1, 2026.
It added that the promotions covered all professional ranks. It was decided to promote 81 employees to the rank of Assistant Teacher/Assistant Educational Administrator; 418 to the rank of Teacher/Educational Supporter; 730 to the rank of Senior Teacher/Senior Educational Administrator (including one rank awarded through excellence awards); 1,451 to the rank of Expert Teacher/Expert Educational Administrator (including two ranks awarded through excellence awards); and 13 to the rank of Leader Teacher/Leader Educational Administrator (including two ranks awarded through excellence awards).
The Minister of Education, Azmi Mahafzah, congratulated the male and female colleagues who received promotions, wishing them further progress and excellence.
