Minister: Queen Alia Int. Airport has not been sold!

AMMAN — Minister of State for Media Affairs Sakher Dudin squashed rumors Saturday that had been circulating about the sale of several State assets and establishments, according to Al-Ghad News.اضافة اعلان

The rumors intimated that the Port of Aqaba, the National Electric Power company, and Queen Alia International Airport.

Dudin stressed that all these establishments remain a hundred percent owned by the Jordanian government, except for Royal Jordanian Airlines, of which the government owns only 82 percent.

Dudin said that the Jordanian economy has remained unwaveringly steady despite all the challenges faced, adding that His Majesty King Abdullah’s wise policies have helped protect the national economy.

Dudin also stressed that wise economic management has led significant countries and international organizations to have full confidence in Jordan’s national economy.
