Man kills girl in Zarqa, hides body in his shop

AMMAN — A man was arrested after confessing to killing a girl in Zarqa Governorate and hiding her body in his shop, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

A statement by the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said an investigation was launched as soon as a report was received that a man had killed a girl in Zarqa due to disagreements between them.

It said that police officers identified and arrested the suspect, who confessed to killing the girl with a blunt instrument in his shop and then fled the scene.

The statement said police officers escorted the perpetrator to his shop, where he showed them where he had hidden the body.

PSD said an investigation is underway.
