His Majesty King Abdullah II emphasized, during a phone call with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez on Tuesday, the need to intensify international efforts to immediately halt Israeli attacks on Gaza. The King stressed the importance of the international community working to compel Israel to adhere to a ceasefire agreement in Gaza in all its stages and to resume humanitarian aid delivery. His Majesty warned of the grave dangers posed by the continuation of the war on the lives of innocent civilians and the worsening humanitarian crisis facing the people of Gaza, as well as the potential for further escalation in the region.
