Jordan secures bronze in PUBG tournament

AMMAN — The national e-sports team won a bronze medal for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) at the World Esports Championship in the Indonesian city of Bali, the Jordanian Olympic Committee announced, according to Al-Mamlaka.اضافة اعلان

The Jordanian team — Ali Alissawi, Ghayth Al-Ayadi, Laith Mehidat, and Mohammad Addasi — secured third place out of 16 teams during the three-day final round. The winning prize was $20,000.

HRH Prince Omar bin Faisal, chairman of the Jordanian Esports Committee, headed the delegation to Bali. He praised the team’s achievement and expressed hope to continue winning prizes in upcoming tournaments.
