Jordan Valley Authority: 90% of Deir Alla Agricultural Road Paving Project Completed Under Decentralization Initiatives

Issa Al-Buqur, Assistant Commissioner of Deir Alla District, accompanied by Faisal Al-Fuqair, Assistant Secretary-General for the Northern and Central Jordan Valley, inspected on Tuesday the progress of the hot asphalt mix supply and paving project for agricultural roads in Deir Alla District. The project is funded through the 2024/2025 allocations of the Balqa Governorate Council. Completion has reached approximately 90%, covering a total length of about 14,000 linear meters.اضافة اعلان







The project is part of the Jordan Valley Authority’s ongoing efforts to implement decentralization projects aimed at developing infrastructure in the district, facilitating farmers’ access to their lands, and enhancing agricultural activity, thereby supporting economic and social development in the region.

The Authority reaffirmed its commitment to continue executing service and development projects under decentralization programs, contributing to improving services provided to farmers and promoting agricultural and economic development across various areas of the Jordan Valley.
