Jordan condemned a Houthi militia drone attack targeting an electricity distribution station in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, describing it as a blatant violation of the Kingdom’s sovereignty and a threat to its security, stability and territorial integrity.
Jordan said the attack also constitutes a serious breach of international law and the United Nations Charter.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ambassador Fouad Al-Majali reaffirmed Jordan’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures taken by the Kingdom to protect its security, stability, national assets, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
