JFDA clarifies about Kinder Surprise product

AMMAN - Director-General of the Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) Nizar Mhaidat confirmed Friday that the Kinder Surprise egg product sold in the local markets is not imported from Belgium, and is different from the product that was withdrawn in several countries due to its possible link to salmonella, according to Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

Mhaidat added that the JFDA examined the product available in the Jordanian market, noting that samples of the product were taken from another source as a precaution, and it was found that it was salmonella-free.
