House speaker, Kuwaiti counterpart discuss joint parliamentary cooperation

AMMAN - Lower House Speaker Abdul Karim Dughmi on Thursday discussed with Kuwait National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim, joint parliamentary relations and common Arab issues.اضافة اعلان

The discussions came on the sidelines of the 32nd conference of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU), which kicked off today in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, according to a Lower House statement.

Dughmi and Al-Ghanim affirmed the "strong" Jordanian-Kuwaiti relations, keenness of the two countries' leaderships to bolster ties, underlining common views on Arab and regional issues, the statement added.
