Hassan affirmed the government's support for the association’s efforts, particularly in the care, education, and rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities.

He directed an increase in specialized staff for this purpose, the provision of necessary equipment and devices, and the development of the association’s facilities to expand its beneficiary base.

Hassan also visited the Mughayr Al-Sarhan Comprehensive Health Center, where he listened to patients and staff regarding the needs required to enhance healthcare services.

He instructed that comprehensive maintenance of the center be expedited and that it be equipped with specialized staff and the necessary medical equipment.

Additionally, he called for securing a suitable alternative building for the Mafraq Primary Health Center as soon as possible, stressing the importance of meeting all requirements to improve services for citizens.

During a visit to the Mafraq Vocational Training Institute, the Prime Minister directed support for affordable financing programs for vocational training graduates to help them establish small and home-based projects.

Hassan also thanked the Jordanian Taekwondo Federation for providing training programs in various youth centers across the governorates through certified coaches, in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth.

He emphasized the need to expand youth center programs sustainably to include education, sports, and the arts, equipping young men and women with essential skills. This came during his visit to the model Rahab Youth Center in Mafraq.

During the visit, Hassan also directed the prompt launch of a public park project on a 200-dunum plot near Al al-Bayt University. The Council of Ministers had approved the park's establishment during its session held in Mafraq last February.
