Civil Defense Extinguishes Fire in Dry Grass and Reeds That Spread to Outdoor Area of a Plastic Factory in Balqa Governorate

The media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate stated that the firefighting teams successfully extinguished the fire, which initially broke out in dry grass and reeds before spreading to an outdoor area adjacent to the factory. The area contained recyclable plastic materials and spanned a total of 1,000 square meters.

The spokesperson emphasized that the specialized teams managed to prevent the fire from reaching the factory's interior with great skill and professionalism. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and an investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
