Attorney General Dr. Naif Al-Samarat has directed public prosecutors across all governorates of the Kingdom to take strict legal action against individuals who violate the law during the upcoming announcement of General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawjihi) results and the summer wedding season.اضافة اعلان

In his directive, Al-Samarat emphasized the importance of coordinating with security agencies and judicial police officers, each according to their jurisdiction, to apprehend individuals who fire gunshots into the air or block roads with makeshift barriers, and to open the necessary investigations without leniency in law enforcement.

The directive stressed the need to activate relevant provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure No. 9 of 1961 and its amendments, as well as applicable articles in the Firearms and Ammunition Law No. 34 of 1952 and its amendments, to ensure public safety and maintain security during such occasions.
