Amman Court of Appeals revokes decision to dissolve teachers’ syndicate

AMMAN — Bassam Freihat, attorney of the Jordanian Teachers' Syndicate (JTS), stated Sunday that the Amman Court of Appeals has revoked its decision to dissolve the JTS council and rejected the lawsuit filed for its dissolution for lack of a legal basis, according to Al-Ghad news.اضافة اعلان

Freihat added that there is another case in which a preliminary decision was issued to dissolve the Council of the Syndicate, and a decision is expected to be issued.
